help, some items cant gone after finishing the quest

Talking help, some items cant gone after finishing the quest
now i have two Training paper and one Adria's Result

or its Training Result and Adria paper (cant remember).

i have finished the quest but the item still there. how can i eliminate this item? it make my inventory full.

Yeah, if you right click on the item you can discard it. It happens more than you know where items get left behind from quests.
