2. Find Tooth of Great White Shark
3. Talk with Scacciano Morrigan

I took him down at lvl 9 as a novice.
So yeah. Not that hard, just have a couple of potions ready.

He used to be a lot lot harder, dealing around 250 damage per hit when I was level 17.

i only find the teeth but mission want tooth? so how?

you must be playing on a private server like diviniaro? on official kro2, you can find the quest item from the shark in just 1 kill. However, as far as i can remember some private server like diviniaro has yet to come out with a full working quests.
